At the heart of the Bah'lats system is the great law of sharing, and the principles of respect, responsibility, compassion, wisdom, caring and love. No principle is understood to have greater significance than another principle, and through this approach, balance is upheld. Brittany’s mental health and wellness knowledge is rooted from her experiences working with high risk youth and adults in correctional and educational institutions. She is experienced utilizing Trauma-Informed Practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and prioritizes strength-based approaches throughout her clinical practices. Throughout Brittany’s professional and educational career, she has always been passionate about gender and sexuality issues.
